The original question asked, "Whenever someone in the public spotlight dies tragically why do some on the left assume it was a murder?" And this was my answer to this question. The answer went on to explain the how some people are responding to the recent death of the madame in D.C. and the less recent death of JFK, Jr. Everyone likes a murder-mystery, right?

This is due to life, from THEIR (most liberals') perspectives, being SO much like a TV murder mystery! These loons LOVE watching murder mysteries on TV and they figure the SAME applies to REAL life!
Oh! JFK, Jr. was NOT qualified to fly that plane in instrument-only (IFR) conditions! He, mistakenly, figured that since he had his license to fly VFR already that he could fly the plane when this situation, flying IFR, presented itself. He flew into a situation where he needed to be instrument-rated when he DIDN'T have the rating, yet. Night time, by default, is an IFR condition. Sure, you may be able to see some lights on the ground, but those lights don't exist EVERYWHERE.
When it gets dark over the ocean, you lose all your exterior references that help you to keep the plane level in VFR. Then, when IFR sets in, only the instruments can give you ANY certainty as to what you need to do to keep the plane flying. He hadn't learned ANYTHING about utilizing the needle, ball, and airspeed to keep the plane in-the-air.
It is THESE three indicators you use to keep your plane in-the-air when you lose all your ability to see outside the aircraft(exterior references).
To become instrument-rated a hood gets placed over your head that keeps you from seeing outside the plane, and the instructor in the seat next to you tells you to fly by the instruments only. The hood can make you look like Darth Vader! *wink*

The issue with flying on instruments only is that it can be disconcerting to the uninitiated (the unrated or untrained) because you have to learn to IGNORE what your body is telling you and ACCEPT what the instruments are telling you carte blanche.
Usually, this leads to the loss of the plane and everyone on-board due to there being a conflict between the untrained pilot and the plane, and the pilot not being able to divorce himself from what his brain is telling him and to embrace what the instuments are telling him.
The person who NEEDS to be investigated is the owner of the plane! No right-minded owner of a plane like this is going to rent it to someone who only possesses a VFR rating at THAT particular time of-the-day! You MAY want to look at Hillary's financial records to see if someone got PAID to replace that aircraft subsequent to the incident.
Was he murdered? No. It was his own Kennedy pride that lead to his death. When you want to kill someone who lived a lifestyle like JFK, Jr. did, you usually get OUT of his way and let him do it for you! No fingerprints!
The fingerprints may be there still, but you're going to need to look REALLY closely to see them!
My suspicion is that Mrs. Clinton is WISHING that Obama lived a lifestyle similar to that of JFK Jr's. *laughter*
