We will be hearing from Dims about how "Bush Lied, People Died" for DECADES-to-come.
Well, here's a little rhyme that we can throw back in their faces, and the expression this rhyme receives from its recipient ought to be able to tell you if your target KNOWS any world history.
Mao Carved, And People Starved."
Back in the '50s and '60s, while Mao ruled the communist party in China, he carved up ALL the privately-owned companies onto which he could get his hands and gave them to the people! On the surface, this could be painted as the actions of a "benevolent dictator" who is most concerned with his subjects due to him not wanting to see the money his country is able to produce going only to a single class of people: business owners. Communism doesn't work THAT way! *grin* He needs to please as many of the people as he can with the least he can.
He does this by dissolving ownership of ALL corporations and turning the companies' land and hardware over to the people who live around the lands formerly owned by the company. All he needs to do this is some Stooge soldiers, rifles, ammunitioin, and a community of people dumb enough to believe that they can produce a product of equal quality - they can't. Just remember all the starvation in China in the '50s and the '60s.
Oh, well. The "Mao carved, and people starved" idea was the issue this tiny column is to cover.
