This dawned on me a couple of days ago with my participation in Yahoo Answers! (YA!). Someone posed the question as to why the Taliban allow their members to KILL other members of the Taliban sans any issue, more or less. His grammar was a little suspect, but that is to be ignored in this posting. Below is a link to the YA! page.

The Taliban are allowed to kill one another because they are members of a society, or cult, if you will, that permits any muslim to kill another muslim sans any issues being raised by the mosque, the governing body for the muslim faith. My explanation goes into some detail as to WHY this is the case. This revelation came to my tiny brain on its own and it made PERFECT sense.
